Final orders are individual claim decisions issued by the Kentucky Crime Victims Compensation Board (CVCB). Decisions originate from recommendations issued by one (1) of the CVCB’s three (3) members.
The CVCB issues a final order in all claims. Final orders are kept as permanent records by the CVCB.
Final orders issued prior to July 15, 2024 may be obtained by filing an open records request with the Kentucky Office of Claims and Appeals (OCA) at the following location:
